Wow quick take a breath!
In case you are on the fence about purchasing due to rates they have come down. For those that have been waiting to see a drop, now is the time to start recalculating your budget and ability to purchase.
Rates are now at the moment in the 6’s depending on your credit score and Loan to Value purpose.
Stay diligent on your focus to buy. Keep in touch with your mortgage person and keep them update on what is going on with you over the holidays. Watch wat you do now because it may effect your buying power in the future.
