As the holidays are upon us and you ring in the New Year.

Ask Yourself? What can I be doing as I am preparing to buy a house.

There are several things to do, think and prepare

Do not charge "Anything" this year. Buy with cash only!
Cut that Xmas Budget your home is the best gift ever to give and your family
Instead of gifts from family, create a fund that they can give to "Your down payment fund" it all adds up in the end

Stay diligent to your focus to buy!
